Dr. Samuel Blair

Dr. Samuel Blair serves as the Family Ministries Director jointly leading the department with his wife Andrea to provide resources, training, support, and counseling that strengthen marriages, parenting, and family life across the region. Under their leadership, the Family Ministries team delivers a wide range of programs—including marital enrichment, singles’ fellowship, and men’s retreats—aimed at nurturing healthy families for time and eternity.
